ACDGC FLIGHTS END-OF-YEAR SKINS EVENT
The event was an absolute success! 50 qualifiers came out, and 45 of them left with cash in their pockets. That’s 90% of our field taking home money in an event designed to give back to the players who support Flights League and the ACDGC all year long. That’s what it’s all about.
We also must talk about the biggest winner, Keehnan Ford who made $160 and made everyone on his card hate him while doing so. I am pretty positive the Grease Train was in full effect.
We even had not one, but two $100 throw-offs!
At the first station, everyone had multiple throws, and Travis Lankford drained the big shot to grab the cash. We reset, moved stations, and amazingly, Travis hit it again. Two throw-offs, two $100 shots, same person. Absolute pandemonium.
Speaking of big performances, Daniel Gonzales had a legendary season. Out of 43 leagues, Dannyway made it to 41. Unreal dedication. He earned the Frequent Flyer Trophy and capped it off as your 2025 Flights League Points Champion, racking up over 1,300 points!
Tommy Armstrong wasn’t far behind, breaking the 1,000-point mark himself, the only other player to do so. Amazing work, boys.
A huge shoutout to Brenden Koontz for crafting those killer trophies, and to the ACDGC for helping fund them. Also, massive thanks to David Felts, Charles Webb, Daniel Couey, and Wyatt Wells, none of them qualified for Skins, yet they still came out to volunteer, help count cash, run throw-off stations, and make sure every single skin was labeled and ready to go. Couldn’t have done it without y’all.
Don't let me forget Mike Junod who moved all the baskets for the Skins match to the proper position, created a UDisc layout for the Sins and even donated a bag that Ty Kasper ended up winning. Thanks Junod!
